Property Income Fund (PI) was established in 2020 by leading New Zealand property developer and investment company Willis Bond to invest in high-quality, long-term yielding property assets. The fund launched with an initial capital raise of $250 million in November 2020 and has since grown to $335 million in assets under management, with Willis Bond continuing to oversee its strategic growth and performance.
