Property Income Fund's (PI) investment strategy is focused on the acquisition of high quality, long-term yielding property assets.

• PI will consider any long-term yielding property opportunity of scale
• PI has capacity of up to $500 million to invest
• PI prioritises sale and leaseback opportunities in partnership with established businesses
• PI will work directly with businesses to formulate a partnership and leaseback arrangement that suits their needs and timings
• PI will consider new build, property development opportunities (leveraging Willis Bond as the developer) where there are suitable long-term yield opportunities for the Fund
• PI are open to working with leasing agents or businesses directly
