- PI has capacity of up to $500 million to invest
- PI prioritises sale and leaseback opportunities in partnership with established businesses
- PI will work directly with businesses to formulate a partnership and leaseback arrangement that suits their needs and timings
- PI will consider new build, property development opportunities (leveraging Willis Bond as the developer) where there are suitable long-term yield opportunities for the Fund
- PI are open to working with leasing agents or businesses directly
