New Zealand property development and investment company, Willis Bond, recently formed the Property Income Fund (PI) and concluded an initial capital raising with $250 million. The Property Income Fund has been formed to invest in long term yielding property assets with capacity of up to $500 million to invest.
Investors in the the Property Income Fund are largely made up of high net worth individuals and institutional investors.
